Rupert is a vampire and a potential romance option in Blood in Roses+.

Rupert is the descendant of Harold, the father of vampires, and has been trained to become his heir since childhood.

Rupert is generally described as polite and disciplined. However, it is said that he only tries to be polite and act like a gentlemen, which means he isn't showing his true intentions and may be dishonest.

He has short baby blue-colored hair that fades into sea foam green-colored tips. His eyes are green and change to a crimson red when his vampiric powers activate. He has ghostly white skin.
